Search is case-sensitive – uppercase and lowercase letters matter.

Always enter your passport number with the first letter capitalized.

Do not add extra spaces before, within, or after the passport number.

Example:

Correct: A12345 or P12345 or M12345

Incorrect: a12345 or p12345 or m12345

Incorrect: A 12345 or P12 345 (spaces within number)
